Talent Management Lead

About the role

The Talent Management Lead will act as the central catalyst for Talent, Learning, and Culture initiatives across the Pakistan business unit. This role integrates strategic workforce planning, succession management, capability development, and culture transformation to build a high‑performing, inclusive and future‑ready organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic workforce planning to anticipate talent needs and close capability gaps.
• Track hiring, onboarding, development and retention trends across all employee levels and demographics.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on people and succession planning, ensuring talent visibility and mobility.
• Identify high‑potential talent and create development journeys, including stretch assignments and leadership connections.
• Generate people‑analytics insights to highlight talent risks and support data‑informed decision‑making.
• Lead the design, implementation and tracking of the Pakistan Learning Strategy, including training needs analysis and annual training agenda.
• Develop and deliver local learning interventions, leveraging digital tools, micro‑learning and blended solutions.
• Drive cultural and wellbeing initiatives, champion inclusion, employer branding and employee value proposition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, workforce planning or learning & development within a large organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate people data into actionable insights.
• Excellent partnership skills to work with HR Business Partners, global support teams and business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver capability‑building programs across multiple employee levels.
• Experience leading culture, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
