Recruitment Outreach & Candidate Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Outreach & Candidate Engagement Specialist to join our on‑site team in Bahawalpur. The role focuses on engaging U.S. market candidates through LinkedIn, email campaigns and calls, and will evolve into a leadership position as the outreach team grows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to sourced candidates via personalized LinkedIn connection notes, emails and calls.
• Run and manage email outreach campaigns and follow‑up sequences.
• Respond to interested candidates, answer initial questions and keep communication active until the next recruitment stage.
• Record candidate responses, interest status, follow‑ups and relevant notes in Google Sheets.
• Share interested and qualified candidates with the recruitment team in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Help develop outreach templates, follow‑up processes, and reporting as the team expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience in recruitment outreach, candidate engagement and recruitment coordination for the U.S. market.
• Proven experience using personalized LinkedIn connection notes, email campaigns and calls to engage candidates.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to write professional, personalized and role‑specific outreach messages.
• Experience managing candidate responses, follow‑ups and communication professionally.
• Experience maintaining accurate outreach and candidate‑status records in Google Sheets or ATS/CRM systems.
