Recruitment Team Lead (U.S. Market)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to manage and guide our sourcing and outreach team focused on U.S.-based recruitment roles. The successful candidate will lead candidate screening, conduct initial interviews, prepare client submissions, and provide strategic direction to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates submitted by the sourcing and outreach team and conduct detailed profile assessments.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and record clear interview notes and suitability assessments.
• Prepare professional summaries and submit shortlisted candidates to clients.
• Guide Talent Sourcers and Recruitment Outreach Specialists based on client feedback and hiring priorities.
• Identify and implement improvements to sourcing, outreach, screening, and submission processes.
• Communicate performance expectations, daily priorities, and feedback to the team.
• Maintain quality standards to ensure candidates are thoroughly screened before client submission.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on recruitment experience for the U.S. market.
• Proven ability to screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and prepare quality client submissions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking to translate job requirements and client feedback into clear hiring directions.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruitment, sourcing, or outreach team members.
• Deep understanding of U.S. job titles, locations, work authorization, industries, and candidate requirements.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes through structured interviews.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Availability to work onsite in Bahawalpur for 8 hours per day.
