Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Backendz is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and non‑technical positions at its Rawalpindi office. You will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and support new‑hire onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and coordinate offers for a variety of roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job ads.
• Maintain and update talent pipelines across multiple channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Support onboarding and training activities for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment data, generate reports and drive continuous improvement of hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience with strong interviewing and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of technical roles and familiarity with IT or software development environments is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or other recruitment platforms preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rawalpindi and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
