Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Aims Technologies, a BPO company operating since 2009 with offices in Islamabad, Lahore and Faisalabad, is hiring a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist in Faisalabad. The specialist manages end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring decisions, working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews and screen applications
• Manage recruitment databases and prepare regular recruitment reports
• Support onboarding and training activities for new hires
• Promote employer branding and adhere to fair hiring practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Required profile

• Relevant recruitment or HR experience, preferably in BPO, customer support or service-oriented environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Knowledge of fair and inclusive hiring practices and basic employment regulations

Required skills

• Hiring and recruiting, interviewing and communication skills
• Training capability to support onboarding and skill development
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common office productivity tools
