Regional Head South – B2G Sales

About the role

JazzWorld is seeking a Regional Head South to lead B2G sales across Pakistan. You will be responsible for building government alliances, driving public‑sector growth, and delivering digital impact through JazzWorld’s connectivity and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue growth by setting sales priorities and pursuing high‑value government opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, identifying tenders, projects and partnerships.
• Build senior‑level relationships with government stakeholders to understand priorities and secure strategic partnerships.
• Own critical tenders from qualification through proposal development, negotiation and contract closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create tailored business propositions for public‑sector needs.
• Lead and coach the regional team, setting targets and supporting execution of key opportunities.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 12‑14+ years of experience in sales, business development or strategic partnerships, focused on the public sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high‑value contracts.
• Deep understanding of local public‑sector landscape, government procurement, tendering and contract management.
• Strong relationships with senior government stakeholders and ability to navigate complex environments.
• Commercial acumen, negotiation skills and experience leading teams.
