Regional Sales Manager – Lahore (FMCG)

About the role

IQ Food Industry, a subsidiary of the IQ Group of Companies, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in Lahore. The role focuses on expanding the market presence of the company’s halal‑certified chicken stock cubes and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets for the Lahore region.
• Lead, mentor and motivate Area Sales Managers and sales representatives.
• Build and expand the distribution network with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
• Conduct market visits, competitor analysis and identify trends, opportunities and threats.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Oversee promotional and marketing campaign execution.
• Manage the regional sales budget while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in both general trade and modern trade outlets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 15–17 years of sales experience, including 12–13 years in managerial roles within FMCG, preferably food products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Lahore’s consumer market, distribution channels and competition.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
