Regional Sales Manager – South

About the role

Hayat, a global FMCG leader, is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across its South region. You will lead high‑performing sales teams, strengthen distributor partnerships, and ensure the achievement of volume, visibility and market‑share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets.
• Lead, coach and develop Area Sales Managers and their teams.
• Monitor performance, market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic direction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align business objectives.
• Drive execution excellence across General Trade, Wholesale and Modern Trade channels.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations for business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive FMCG sales experience, including regional leadership.
• Proven experience in distributor management, sales strategy and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with sales reporting tools.
