Regional Senior Associate – Seller Ops & Strategy

About the role

This position leads seller‑facing communications, incentive operations, and platform enablement for Daraz’s DMS function across all regional ventures. The role acts as the bridge between campaign priorities, regional stakeholders, platform systems, and the seller experience, managing multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an end‑to‑end seller communications calendar for campaign and BAU periods, using performance data to inform timing and content.
• Design, localise, and schedule seller communications and push notifications across all venture languages.
• Monitor and analyse communication and super‑link performance, escalating issues proactively.
• Manage incentive and voucher scheduling, track goal‑achievement rewards, and ensure timely payouts.
• Lead seller webinars, training sessions, and maintain Daraz University content for each platform feature release.
• Produce launch decks for new DMS solutions, handle operational requests (category whitelisting, T&C updates, bug triage), and support UTM‑tool adoption.
• Develop governance structures to ensure data quality, consistent measurement, and accountability.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis, translate complex data sets into actionable insights for product, commercial, and leadership teams.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in product marketing, marketplace operations, seller engagement or a related B2B function within an e‑commerce or platform business.
• Ability to work across multiple tools, systems and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to localise content across markets.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership of new areas and independent problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modelling, reporting and visualisation).
