Remote Business Development Executive

About the role

F2f Solution is looking for a confident and driven Business Development Executive to join its team and help secure retail locations across the United States for fundraising campaigns. The role works with major charitable organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Easterseals and other established nonprofits. Working hours are 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable retail locations across assigned US markets using Google Maps and other research tools.
• Make a minimum of 70 outbound calls per day, introducing the fundraising campaign to businesses.
• Secure and confirm site bookings for charity fundraising teams and follow up with businesses to maintain strong relationships.
• Record calls, prospects and bookings accurately in the CRM and manage assigned markets so booking targets are met.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills; comfortable speaking with US-based businesses.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and working independently during a night shift.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills; highly organized and target-oriented.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or outbound outreach is a plus.

Required skills

• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Experience with Aircall is highly preferred.
• Experience generating leads with Google Maps is highly preferred.

• Incentive bonus.
• Monthly pay of PKR 60,000 to 65,000.
