Remote Full-Time Accountant

About the role

Q3Logics, an emerging technology startup offering e-commerce, software and industrial electronic solutions, is looking for a full-time Accountant for its ERP and Accounting services business line. The role is remote, with Karachi listed as the job location, and supports accurate accounting and reporting for several clients. The employer requires full-time availability (8 hours per day).

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank activity.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules.
• Monitor invoices, payments, expenses and cash flow, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation for audits and tax reporting.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, financial analysis and closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to obtain accurate financial information on time.
• Identify ways to improve accounting processes, controls and reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• Practical experience with bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
• Ability to prepare and review income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow reports and supporting schedules.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expense tracking and payment processing.
• Understanding of financial controls, documentation standards and audit-ready record keeping.
• Detail-oriented, dependable and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication and discretion with confidential financial information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools, including Excel or equivalent.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to organise competing deadlines, investigate variances and follow through independently.
