About the role
We are looking for a Remote Staffing Coordinator to support our fast‑paced hiring operations. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates interested in staffing, recruiting, or talent operations and offers the chance to work closely with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Contact applicants and conduct initial screening calls.
- Coordinate interview appointments between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with recruitment scheduling, candidate follow‑ups, and onboarding information.
- Support high‑volume recruiting campaigns and track daily outreach metrics.
- Complete additional staffing support tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with applicants daily.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and mobile device.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
