Resident Engineer – Highway Construction Supervision

About the role
This full-time, on-site position is for a Resident Engineer who will supervise the construction of a highway project in District Swat. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery of the road works.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all construction activities on the highway project.
- Manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and client representatives.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing transportation or highway engineering projects.
- Proven experience in project management, budgeting and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑leadership abilities.
