Resident Medical Officer (FCPS Qualified)

About the role
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will join Mamji Hospital’s multidisciplinary team in Karachi, delivering direct patient care on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role is open to candidates who hold an FCPS qualification and are registered with the PMDC.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients across various specialties.
- Assist senior consultants during medical procedures and perform minor or emergency surgeries when required.
- Monitor patient vital signs, manage post‑operative care and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with nurses, technicians and other physicians to provide seamless care.
- Participate in training and mentorship programmes for junior medical staff.
Required profile
- FCPS qualification with a valid PMDC registration.
- Proven experience working in a collaborative hospital environment.
- Willingness to be on‑site and available for emergency situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
