Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Executive

About the role

ConnectHear is looking for an in-person Resource Mobilization Executive based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. The role identifies, develops and secures funding opportunities to support its programs and initiatives, building relationships with donors, partners and funding organisations and developing strategic fundraising plans for sustainable financial support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify funding opportunities such as grants, partnerships, sponsorships and donor contributions, and develop resource mobilization strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, development partners, foundations and corporate sponsors
• Write grant proposals, concept notes and funding applications tailored to donor requirements
• Cultivate partnerships with NGOs, corporations and international development organisations
• Plan and run fundraising campaigns, events and outreach initiatives
• Research and track funding opportunities from local and international donors
• Prepare donor reports, funding utilisation reports and ensure compliance with donor guidelines
• Maintain records of funding pipelines, donor communications, proposals and reporting deadlines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing or resource mobilisation within NGOs, startups or development organisations
• Strong research, writing and communication skills
• Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organisation skills to manage multiple proposals and deadlines

• CRM or project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Trello, Asana) is a plus
