About the role

We are seeking a skilled Robot Teleoperator to remotely operate and monitor robotic systems in industrial environments. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site presence with remote control to ensure precise task execution and continuous system optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control robotic equipment using teleoperation interfaces to ensure precise execution of assigned tasks.
• Perform real‑time troubleshooting of robotic systems to identify and resolve technical issues during operations.
• Follow standardized operating procedures to maintain safety protocols and operational efficiency.
• Document operational data, performance metrics, and any deviations for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize robotic system performance and workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating robotic systems in industrial or operational settings.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow detailed operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electronics relevant to robotic operations.
