Role Readiness Specialist (Onboarding)

About the role

Motive is looking for a Role Readiness Specialist to deliver content that helps employees develop their skills and knowledge. The specialist runs informative training sessions, helps new team members navigate their onboarding schedule and contributes to the growth of the onboarding program. The role is a lead position on the onboarding facilitation team, reporting to the Sales Onboarding Program Manager, and covers both training delivery and stakeholder requests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training to mostly entry-to-mid-level front-line sales staff
• Support several classes of new team members from initial onboarding through the ramp-up period
• Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence during early on-the-job experience
• Run exercises and activities that enhance learning
• Source and create enablement content such as slide decks, product one-pagers, videos, eLearning, email templates, talking points, role plays and facilitator guides
• Schedule training sessions and intake facilitator requests
• Work with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager to launch new onboarding initiatives

Required profile

• Ideally experience helping develop an onboarding program that supports new hires from offer acceptance through to their first quota
• Ability to respond to stakeholder requests and lead initiatives that keep the curriculum relevant and engaging
