SaaS Recruiter – Full‑time, On‑site in Lahore

About the role

Spark AI is seeking a dedicated SaaS Recruiter to join its fast‑paced, results‑driven team in Lahore. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions that support the company’s AI‑focused SaaS offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for SaaS and AI‑related roles, from sourcing to offer coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions and design interview plans.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, ensure clear candidate communication, and keep accurate records in the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment analytics and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for SaaS, technology or AI‑focused positions.
• Strong ability to source candidates through multiple channels and nurture pipelines.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Understanding of SaaS business models, common technical roles and the AI/ML talent landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore and manage several open roles in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills
