SaaS Sales Executive (Remote – Islamabad)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SaaS Sales Executive to promote SparkTrack’s student‑management and CRM platform to education institutes across Pakistan. The position is full‑time, contractual and primarily remote, with occasional in‑person meetings within your region.

Key responsibilities

• Sell SparkTrack’s SaaS solution to schools, academies and counselling businesses throughout Pakistan.
• Conduct outbound activities such as cold calling, WhatsApp follow‑ups and online product demos.
• Identify prospects, deliver tailored pitches and close deals.
• Visit clients in person when required, within your city or region.
• Maintain leads, pipeline and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for demos, onboarding and client support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS or software sales (CRM, ERP, EdTech preferred).
• Comfortable with cold calling, pitching and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of the Pakistani education market.
• Ability to sell remotely and meet clients face‑to‑face when needed.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
