About the role

Wsh Shams Travel & Tour is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its Lahore office. You will promote travel packages, handle client inquiries, and turn leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell travel packages to individuals, families, and corporate clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, update promotional materials, and manage the company’s social media and online presence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely service delivery and support pre‑ and post‑booking customer needs.
• Collect client feedback and assist in training initiatives to improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
• Proven customer‑service experience and a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in training or coaching team members on sales techniques.
• Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing customer needs.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or booking systems.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and online communication tools.
