Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility for a fast‑growing logistics provider. Based onsite in Karachi, the role combines client acquisition, account management and the execution of targeted marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international logistics markets.
• Manage existing client accounts, present tailored shipping solutions and prepare sales proposals.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including promotional materials and market research.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales‑tracking tools and gather client feedback to improve service quality.
• Participate in sales training, monitor market trends and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with proven sales abilities (lead generation, negotiation, closing).
• Experience in sales management, training and basic marketing concepts.
• Relevant background in logistics, transportation or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales management software.
