Sales Associate – Jewelry Retail

About the role

Al Maroof Jewelers is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its Lahore store. You will represent the brand on‑site, provide attentive customer service, showcase a range of jewelry pieces, and help customers find items that match their preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through selections of rings, necklaces, bracelets and other jewelry.
• Demonstrate product features, explain materials, craftsmanship and care recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and ethical upselling.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments, and prepare receipts and invoices.
• Maintain attractive product displays, ensure showroom cleanliness and secure high‑value items.
• Coordinate with inventory and back‑office teams for stock control and loss‑prevention.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, watches or luxury goods.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse customers.
• Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about gemstones, metals and jewelry care.
• Professional appearance, trustworthiness and ability to follow loss‑prevention policies.
• Fluency in Urdu and conversational English.
