Sales & Booking Manager (Salary + Commission) – Lahore

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales & Booking Manager to drive event‑related sales for our Lahore office. The role combines prospecting, client pitching and full‑cycle deal management, with a compensation package based on a fixed salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and digital services market.
• Set up and attend client meetings to present services such as weddings, corporate events, photobooths and documentation.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
• Track leads and pipelines using the Bitrix24 CRM system.

Required profile

• Based in Lahore and available to work on‑site.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within digital or creative agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Fluent English.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 80,000‑100,000 with a tiered commission structure allowing earnings up to an additional PKR 100,000.
• Full‑time, on‑site position at our Phase 6 office.
• Two‑year employment agreement.
