About the role
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads within the US healthcare and medical billing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong American accent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for outbound sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US healthcare and medical billing industry.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective outreach.
- Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads and manage prospect relationships.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Required profile
- American accent (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SDR, telemarketing, or call‑center roles.
- At least 6 months of experience in medical billing.
- Familiarity with US healthcare or revenue cycle management processes is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Own conveyance and availability for on‑site work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
