Sales Executive – Religious Tourism (Umrah)

About the role

Cultural Voyagers Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Religious Tourism Division and seeks enthusiastic Sales Executives to promote Umrah packages. You will interact directly with prospective pilgrims, guide them through travel options, and convert interest into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective Umrah clients.
• Explain package options and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate records.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless travel experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a positive outlook.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales or travel experience is a plus.
