Sales Fulfilment Executive (Field-Based)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Fulfilment Executive to join our Lahore sales team. In this field‑based position you will be the primary link between FLAUNT and retail outlets, handling order booking, ensuring product availability, and building strong retailer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Order Generation: Visit assigned retail outlets according to the daily beat plan, book orders and drive secondary sales.
• Order Delivery: Deliver orders booked on the previous day’s route plan.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the territory.
• Upselling & Cross‑Selling: Promote the full product range, including new SKUs and seasonal launches.
• Beat Plan Adherence: Follow the Permanent Journey Plan to ensure full outlet coverage.
• New Outlet Onboarding: Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand distribution.
• In‑Store Visibility: Ensure proper product placement, shelf visibility and stock rotation (FIFO).
• POS Deployment: Install point‑of‑sale and promotional materials as per guidelines.
• Reporting: Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the Area Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Intermediate degree acceptable).
• 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer‑goods distribution.

Required skills

• Ability to follow a structured beat plan and achieve sales targets.
• Strong retailer relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.
• Basic reporting skills for daily sales reports and market insights.
