Sales Manager

About the role

TOPPAN Security is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business growth across Pakistan. The role blends new‑business development with the management and expansion of existing customer relationships in sectors such as banking, fintech, government, telecom and enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Pakistani market.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across banking, financial services, fintech, government, telecom and enterprise sectors.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships, spotting account development opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and order closure.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with regular forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales or business‑development experience in payments, banking, fintech, digital identity or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in both new‑business development and account management.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
