Sales & Marketing Specialist – Travel Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our travel agency in Lahore. The role focuses on promoting our travel packages, generating leads and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone, email and social media.
• Present tailored travel packages, prepare quotations and negotiate terms.
• Follow up leads, close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and coordinate with operations for seamless service delivery.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and contribute to marketing campaigns.
• Participate in product and service training and support junior staff.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for sales and outreach.
