About the role
Hoest is looking for energetic, target-oriented and experienced Sales Officers to join its Sales Department in the confectionery / FMCG industry. The position is full-time, non-managerial and morning-shift based, with work done remotely or online. Candidates must have relevant experience in confectionery products.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors
- Increase market coverage and product availability
- Identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular market visits
- Maintain customer relationships and submit sales reports
Required profile
- Relevant confectionery sales experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the local market
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
