Sales Representative (Telecommute)

About the role

Flair Decos is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to work remotely. The role involves building client relationships, conducting market research and managing the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and manage the sales pipeline
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Answer calls promptly from potential clients and give timely support through the sales process
• Collaborate with other departments on customer segmentation strategies
• Proactively refine sales tactics in a competitive environment

Required profile

• Minimum of three years of proven sales experience
• Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation and lead generation skills
• Punctuality, clear written and verbal communication and good remote collaboration across time zones
• Open to constructive criticism, eager to learn and able to take feedback well
• Fluent English; an American accent is preferred
• Experience leading sales teams and delivering against revenue targets is mentioned in the job specification

• CRM systems, sales forecasting and reporting on key performance metrics
• Familiarity with Shopify
• Experience in the tile industry is a bonus
