Sales Team Lead - US Truck Dispatching

About the role

H&A Solutions for Logistics is looking for a motivated, results-driven and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead its sales team in the US truck dispatching industry. The role involves guiding sales representatives, achieving sales targets, improving team performance and helping the company grow. The position is based in Gujranwala.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, conversions and overall performance.
• Train and guide sales representatives to improve their communication and closing skills.
• Develop sales strategies to acquire new US trucking carriers for dispatch services.
• Handle challenging negotiations and support the team in closing deals.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain discipline, accountability and a target-oriented work environment.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and business growth.

Required profile

• Excellent English-speaking and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proven sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Experience with cold calling, lead generation and follow-ups.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets and reporting is preferred.
• Knowledge of the US trucking or truck dispatching industry is a strong advantage.
