Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Lahore office and support a UK‑based accountancy firm. You will be responsible for preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns for UK corporations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UK tax legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts for UK‑based clients.
• Compile and file UK corporation tax returns.
• Utilise accounting software such as Digita (or equivalent) to produce accurate financial statements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS and UK tax regulations.
• Meet client deadlines, including month‑end and year‑end reporting periods.

Required profile

• ACCA Part‑Qualified, Affiliate or Member.
• 2–4 years of experience preparing UK statutory accounts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.

Required skills

• ACCA qualification.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Understanding of UK Corporation Tax laws.
• Proficiency with Digita or similar accounts production software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
