Senior Accounts Executive – International Operations

About the role

Umerco is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accounts Executive to support its US‑based operations from our Valencia Town office in Lahore. This full‑time, night‑shift position aligns with US business hours and offers the chance to work closely with an international finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Record and maintain accurate ledger and journal entries.
• Perform monthly bank and credit‑card reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain organized financial records in accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices.
• Coordinate with US‑based team members and clients as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience with US clients is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle night‑shift hours (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
