Senior AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

A team is looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to work on production-grade AI applications, LLM-powered workflows and modern web applications. The role suits candidates with hands-on experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, AI evaluation frameworks and cloud-based applications. The position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Build production AI applications using AWS Bedrock (Claude), including structured outputs and tool use
• Design prompts for classification, extraction, comparison, review and other business workflows
• Build and optimise RAG solutions over internal documents
• Design hybrid rule engines combining deterministic checks with LLM-based judgment
• Design advisory and human-in-the-loop AI features
• Build labelled evaluation datasets and ground-truth test sets, and measure precision and recall for AI flagging tasks
• Optimise models toward accuracy targets, run shadow-mode validation and implement regression testing for changes to prompts, rules and models
• Develop backend APIs with Python/Flask and frontend applications with React
• Use AWS services such as DynamoDB, ECS Fargate and Lambda, and implement Okta/OIDC authentication and secure secrets management

Required profile

• 2-3 years of professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering or LLM application development
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Claude
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering and AI evaluation
• Good understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud-native applications
• Ability to build reliable AI solutions that can be evaluated, tested and deployed in production
