Recruiter (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Recruiter to join our team supporting high‑volume hiring across Pakistan. You will fill courier, sales, warehouse and occasional specialist positions quickly and with the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Post vacancies on job platforms and social media; source candidates via LinkedIn, WhatsApp/Facebook groups and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone and online interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain constant communication with candidates through every stage up to their first working day.
• Keep the hiring funnel and staff tables updated daily; prepare onboarding documents with HR HQ.
• Build and maintain a candidate pool for recurring high‑volume roles and work with recruitment agencies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably high‑volume or blue‑collar hiring.
• Familiarity with local sourcing channels in Pakistan (job portals, social media groups, referrals).
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work at a fast pace.
• Clear, polite communication in Urdu and working English.
• Own remote‑work equipment and a stable, fast internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Comfortable using a CRM or Notion for candidate tracking.
