Senior Business Development Executive – LinkedIn Outreach Expert

About the role

We are seeking a senior business development professional with deep expertise in LinkedIn outreach. This full‑time, on‑site position will initially focus on building a high‑quality pipeline of discovery calls for our founder, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model later.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify decision‑makers at target healthcare, telehealth, and health‑tech companies that match our ideal customer profile.
• Build a qualified prospect list from scratch, reviewing websites, tech stacks, patient flows and pain points.
• Write and send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow‑up messages manually, without automation tools.
• Manage live conversation threads, handle objections and guide prospects toward scheduled discovery calls.
• Consistently book 4‑5 qualified discovery calls per month with the founder.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date record of prospect status, pipeline metrics and lead priorities.
• Continuously refine outreach messaging based on real‑world conversation feedback.

Required profile

• 4+ years of outbound sales development experience, specifically using LinkedIn for tech‑industry outreach.
• Verified track record of booking at least 4‑5 discovery calls each month without automation.
• Excellent written English that sounds natural and not templated.
• Strong research ability to uncover company details and pain points before outreach.
• Resilient, disciplined daily outreach habit and ability to work independently.
