Senior Cold Calling Agent for Digital Marketing Campaign

About the role

The Senior Cold Calling Agent will generate qualified B2B leads for Dlinx Outreach’s digital marketing and link‑building services. Working full‑time on‑site in Lahore, you will engage prospects via high‑volume outbound calls, present service offerings, and guide them through the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build prospect lists targeting businesses interested in SEO, link building, and content marketing.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls, present Dlinx Outreach’s services, handle objections, and schedule discovery calls or demos.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow‑ups, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, share market feedback, and achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
• Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities to build trust and close deals over the phone.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle high call volumes, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
