About the role

Vision Hertz is a business development company that helps businesses grow through strategic sales outreach and lead generation. It is hiring a Senior Cold Calling Specialist for its remote team to generate qualified B2B opportunities for technology clients in the US market. The role suits candidates who can start conversations with decision-makers, handle objections and convert cold prospects into sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to US-based businesses and decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and book sales meetings or product demonstrations.
• Handle objections such as "not interested", "we already have a solution", "send me an email" and "too expensive".
• Identify business challenges and communicate the value of AI and software solutions.
• Navigate gatekeepers and connect with business owners, CEOs and other decision-makers.
• Maintain call records, follow-ups and prospect information in the CRM.
• Achieve agreed appointment-setting and performance targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven B2B cold-calling experience, preferably targeting US businesses.
• Excellent spoken English; experience communicating with US business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Exceptional objection-handling, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Track record of booking qualified appointments through outbound calling.
• Ability to work independently, adapt conversations and handle difficult prospects.
• Strong work ethic, self-discipline and availability during US business hours.
• Preferred: experience in AI, SaaS, software development or IT services sales, and familiarity with CRM systems and outbound calling tools.
