Senior Delivery Manager / Key Account Manager

About the role

Haball is looking for a customer-focused Delivery Manager / Key Account Manager to lead client delivery, manage strategic customer relationships, oversee Project Managers and ensure timely implementation of fintech solutions across Payments, Digital Invoicing and Financing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key corporate clients, banks and external partners.
• Lead and supervise Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of customer projects.
• Oversee customer onboarding, implementations, UAT and go-live activities.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, banks and partners to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Conduct client meetings, project reviews and executive-level status updates.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks and overall delivery performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen key accounts.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Key Account Management, Project Management or Client Relationship Management, preferably in FinTech, Banking or Payments.
• Proven experience managing Project Managers or client-facing delivery teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams such as Developers, QA Engineers and Business Analysts.
• Experience coordinating with banks, financial institutions and corporate clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT or a related field; MBA or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, escalations and competing priorities.
