Senior Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Enterprise Account Manager to lead our enterprise sales efforts in the IT solutions space. The role focuses on acquiring new strategic clients and managing existing accounts to drive revenue growth for Jaffer Business Systems in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events and targeted outreach.
• Generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads and maintain long‑term sales stability.
• Act as a trusted advisor, uncovering client challenges and technical requirements.
• Design and propose tailored IT solutions covering cloud, storage, virtualization and cybersecurity.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demos that highlight business value and ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, engineering and delivery teams to ensure optimal solution design and smooth handover.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while monitoring KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven track record in enterprise sales within the IT infrastructure and security domain.
• Established network of senior‑level contacts in large organisations.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and business teams.
