Senior Executive Buyer – Port Qasim & Nooriabad Plant

About the role

The Senior Executive Buyer will manage the end‑to‑end purchase order process for indirect categories such as IT hardware, software, and facilities management. The role supports the corporate office in ensuring timely procurement, compliance, and efficient invoice processing.

Key responsibilities

• Action all demand according to agreed SLAs, providing hands‑on support across the team.
• Maintain governance of P2P processes, review Ariba requisitions, and ensure policy compliance.
• Create and release purchase orders in SAP, coordinating with approvers to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with Finance to keep the purchase‑order approval matrix current.
• Maintain accurate P2P records, generate regular demand reports, and present findings in team meetings.
• Process invoices quickly, work with Accounts Payable to resolve queries, and protect the company’s credit rating.
• Support continuous improvement of the Purchase‑to‑Pay process and Ariba platform with key stakeholders.
• Meet procurement KPI targets and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management information reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing and procurement.
