Senior Finance Manager (Big 4 Audit Experience)

About the role

The Finance Officer is essential for ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple entities of a leading GRC consultancy. You will manage accounting processes, produce reliable financial reports, oversee tax compliance, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end closing, including accruals, provisions and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for all entities and maintain data integrity in accounting systems.
• Prepare and submit regulatory returns and manage multi‑jurisdictional tax obligations (VAT, etc.) with zero penalties.
• Support the Head of Finance in group account consolidations and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
• Act as primary contact for client financial and tax queries, building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Assist internal and external audits, providing documentation and financial insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with Big 4 audit exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and multi‑entity accounting.
• Proven experience handling VAT and multi‑jurisdiction tax compliance.
