Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and strategic financial planning. The role will partner with senior leadership to drive cost optimisation and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, maintain audit trails and implement strong internal control systems.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and develop financial models to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with FBR regulations, file tax returns and liaise with tax consultants and authorities.
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow, working capital, liquidity monitoring and banking relationships.
• Lead, mentor and set KPIs for the finance and accounts team to build a high‑performance function.

Required profile

• CA qualified with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience, or FCCA/CMA with at least 8 years in a reputable organisation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
