Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Our client, Hightech Solutions, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function in its Lahore office. The role involves steering financial planning, budgeting and reporting while supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to deliver accurate and timely reports.
• Analyse financial data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with other departments to align financial objectives with business goals.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to executive leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and reporting.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing a finance team.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
