Senior Finance Officer

About the role

Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Finance Officer to join its Faisalabad office. The role focuses on managing import‑related payments, third‑party payroll, contractor settlements and supporting the preparation of financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Handle import payments, including LC settlements and related bank documentation.
• Record foreign‑currency transactions, duties and taxes.
• Execute PO‑based supplier accounts payable, verifying invoices, purchase orders and GRNs.
• Manage third‑party payroll disbursements and ensure proper classification.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Organise financial documentation for audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse and HR teams for seamless operations.
• Assist with reconciliations, financial analysis and audit support.

Required profile

• Qualified or Part‑Qualified ACCA, ACMA, CA or a Master’s in Accounting/Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
