Senior Financial Controller

About the role

The Senior Financial Controller will lead financial operations for Zesora Hospitality’s portfolio of boutique hotels and resorts. Based onsite in Islamabad, this full‑time position ensures accurate reporting, strategic insight and compliance across multiple hospitality assets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and management reports for all properties.
• Manage accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring and cost‑control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support investment decisions and operational performance.
• Lead finance staff and collaborate with operations, development and executive teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA) preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior controlling or finance leadership role within a multi‑property or group environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or accounting software.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel) and financial systems knowledge.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and cost control within hospitality or real‑estate sectors.
