Senior International Recruiter (Healthcare & Technical Recruitment)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior International Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for US‑based healthcare and technical positions. The role operates on a USA shift and supports both remote and hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for medical, allied health, nursing, clinical, IT, software development, engineering and other technical roles.
• Source candidates using Monster, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder and other international job portals.
• Conduct screening, interviews, shortlist qualified professionals and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent, utilizing Boolean, X‑Ray and advanced LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
• Negotiate offers, support onboarding and ensure ATS records and recruitment KPIs are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in international recruitment, specifically US healthcare/medical and technical/IT hiring.
• Proven ability to work in the USA time zone and manage stakeholder relationships.
