Senior Manager Cybersecurity Strategy & Assessments

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Cybersecurity Strategy & Assessments function. The role will drive intelligence‑led evaluation of telecom and IT environments, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management across PTCL and Ufone, ensuring timely scans, reporting, and remediation within SLA.
• Plan and execute penetration testing for systems, platforms, applications, infrastructure and networks.
• Coordinate source code reviews for new and existing web and mobile applications, guiding development teams on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Manage a team of ethical hackers to conduct offensive red‑team engagements and identify security control gaps.
• Integrate threat intelligence into assessment services and support risk‑informed decision‑making.
• Prepare and track the financial budget for cybersecurity services and oversee vendor contract renewals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the security assessment team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in penetration testing, vulnerability management, source code review, and red/purple‑team engagements.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, OSCE, CRTO, CRTP, CRTE, CEH.
