Senior Manager – Go‑to‑Market & Client Growth

About the role

The Senior Manager, Go‑to‑Market & Client Growth will design and execute integrated marketing programmes that drive revenue and deepen relationships across Corporate Banking segments. Working closely with product, sales, analytics and wider marketing teams, you will translate business priorities into measurable go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead go‑to‑market strategies aligned with corporate banking objectives, defining target audiences, value propositions and success metrics.
• Design and manage targeted programmes that increase client monetisation, cross‑sell and product adoption.
• Partner with analytics to identify priority client segments, behavioural signals and commercial opportunities, turning insights into actionable campaigns.
• Coordinate integrated campaign delivery across Marketing, Product, Sales, CX and external partners, monitoring KPIs, ROI and optimisation.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, setting clear priorities, performance expectations and quality standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B, commercial or strategic marketing experience, preferably in banking, financial services or payments.
• Proven track record of creating go‑to‑market strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong commercial orientation with the ability to link marketing investment to revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing product, sales and analytics functions.
• Experience leading teams and managing agencies or external partners.
