Senior Manager, GRC Tech Governance & Control

About the role
The Senior Manager, GRC Tech Governance & Control is responsible for overseeing information and technology risk management across the organization. The role combines day‑to‑day monitoring, reporting and performance analysis with the delivery of high‑visibility, long‑term projects.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and report on information and technology risk metrics.
- Handle ad‑hoc risk requests and lead strategic risk‑mitigation projects.
- Develop and maintain effective controls within technology units.
- Ensure risk mitigation measures are embedded in all relevant processes.
- Support continuous improvement of governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
Required profile
- Significant experience in technology risk management and governance.
- Proven ability to manage both short‑term requests and long‑term, high‑visibility initiatives.
- Strong understanding of control design and risk mitigation within technology environments.
- Experience working in a banking or financial services context is advantageous.
